The location of this hotel is great, with easy access to the center of the city within a 10-15 minute walk. the staff are very helpful and friendly, always willing to provide advice and assistance. the rooms are kept very clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. the shared bathroom facilities are spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of hot water and high water pressure. the hotel offers comfortable beds and nice thick towels to use.
The curtains in the rooms did not completely block out the daylight, which may be an issue for those sensitive to light.

I was in town for a conference and wanted to save money, so I chose Ingra House. It's half the price of city center hotels and has a well-stocked kitchen. The facilities are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The shared bathrooms were always available and the room had a comfy queen bed. The blackout curtains kept the midnight sun out, although there was a small gap. I saved money, had a great night's sleep, and enjoyed my stay.
Would recommend this hotel.

For the price, Ingra House provided excellent value. The rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including a big fridge for storing leftovers. The location was convenient, with a walkable area and easy access to the center. The staff, especially Max the manager, were incredibly helpful and made me feel safe during my stay.
The only thing that could make the breakfast better is expanding the kitchen "open" hours to accommodate early or late tea or coffee cravings.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The kitchen was fantastic, allowing me to prepare my own meals. The rooms were perfect for my needs as a backpacking camper. I appreciated being able to leave my bags before and after check-in. Max, the staff member, provided plenty of good advice on the local area and Alaska in general. This hotel is a great base for touring Alaska with tent + car. It is also the most affordable spot around.
Nothing to dislike.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the clean rooms and the huge fridge in our accommodation. The hostel provided clean and well-maintained common bathrooms without any queues. The friendly personnel and the small but nice common kitchen were also highlights. Not too many people used the kitchen, which was a bonus.
Felt at home instantly, with nothing being too much trouble.
